SHIPPING POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 20 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at our expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you. In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. Please email contact@hillbillydeluxeapparel.com before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
